Wanted: Brown Ghillies!!!!

Hi, gang,

I don't know why they're so impossible to find...seems like they'd be great as daywear. You really can't wear black ghillies for daywear, that's tacky!

I'm looking ideally for a pair in "English tan" or a light brown. I wear 9UK, a pretty normal size. There is a seller online, HouseOfScotland.com who has some, but he only has very small or very large sizes left; he's clearing out inventory. He wouldn't share the manufacturer's name with me, darn it.

There's gotta be a booter who has these, just have to figure out WHO. Unless someone on the list has a lead or two - Who Are You????

I've seen moccasins and cruarain at RenFaires - I've never seen anything close to what I'd call a modern "ghillie" shoe for sale at a RenFaire.

At which Faire did you see those?
