Yes, it's not specifically a "Kilt Night," but the festival has traditionally been pretty Kilt Friendly.

This year it's at the Seattle Center on June 17th and 18th.

Sounds like a grand time, but I've already got Saturday full (local highland games and then sprint boat races), and not gonna drive over to Seattle for just a day. Though I do plan to get over there sometime this summer.
