Dumfries hae been a "Royal Burgh" since 1186 ...

the charter wuz granted by King Robert III ...

"Guid Nychburris" is the celebration o' the charter...

it starts wi' the Ride o' the Marches... where aboot 250 horses come doon oor street an richt past oor hoose!

the band oanstage is called "Koda"... several accordians... even maire violins... a piper... drums... and a singer...
