I can help out with online research and such. It would be hard for me to do much legwork though, since I'm on the other side of the continent.
Once dates and events are set, I would be more than happy to write up the schedule.

What are the final details? Date? Location? etc? I know there was another thread on this, but I didn't see where anything was firmed up.

Like Ron, I'm just 5 or 6 hours away, too. I did concert promotion back in the 80s, so I've got some experience organizing events. I'd be happy to help.

OK first thing we need to do is pick a hotel, and a date. I'm liking april and coinciding with their games Comments OH the other thing I've never been there,Vegas that is. I will defer to your judgement on a hotel . Someone mentioned the Flamingo?
Rather than pm everyone matbe we'll stick to this thread and then pm any special details. So a quick vote for a hotel ok?

The flamingo is a nice hotel and it is right in the middle of the strip, so there is easy access. That's where I stayed for my trip in Nov 03.
