One Kilt, One Skirt, Two Bucks!
Here is the little girl wearing her new kilt skirt. She decided it was itchy today and wants something to wear under it.

I'm confused by the title, were both kilts supposed to be from the same batch of fabric?? The tartans are different? Not complaining, great work, but curious...

Nope, two different pieces from two different charity shops. Each cost a dollar. I didn't have more than tiny scraps of either left over either. O'Neille

Quite the accomplishment there, O'Neille!
I imagine that your story of thrift & craft, "One Kilt, One Skirt, Two Bucks!" will be immortalized for posterity like that other tailor tale from the Brothers Grimm, "Seven in One Blow."

Now you've made me have to go searching through my library for that ol' Swedish book I have somewhere. I'm drawing a blank on that story. O'Neille
