    Thumbs down horrible attempt

I saw an awful sight yesterday, a horrible attempt at a kilt. I recently started working at (sorry to say) Wal-mart, I am the guy at the door who says "Welcome to Wal-mart". Anyway, I was at work yesterday and I saw a young (20's or so) fellow in what from a distance looked like a kilt. He was dressed in what could be called pirate fashion, he had a wide red sash around his waist, and a belt with a large buckle. On his head he had a matching red bandana. I could not make out the tartan of the kilt. As he got closer I noticed that there were no pleats in the back of the kilt. I thought that maybe he just did not know ant better, so I was planning to approach with a question about the tartan, and then work in something about the proper way to wear a kilt. Upon closer view I saw that he was not wearing a real kilt, but what looked like one of his girlfriends skirts.

A guy has to start from somewhere, even wearing a woman skirt. Just hope that he found his way here soon, before he is turned off from wearing ill fitting garments.

Yeah...it would be strange to see a guy obviously wearing a women's skirt...but maybe it was the icebreaking incident and he'll get on the internet, find Xmarks, get the true facts and we'll all be able to laugh about it later...then again, maybe he just lost a bet or something.....

Maybe he just likes to push boundaries. Or, maybe he's a nascent cross-dresser with a supportive girlfriend. If so, there are more than a few forums available to him to expore these ideas.

Well it's already been said you have to start somewhere. Maybe he'll look for other garments that are as comfortable and find kilts.

He probably thinks that if it is tartan, it must be a kilt, especially if he hasn't seen a real kilt close up.
