How do you pronounce Sgian Dubhs?

Surely that is pronounced 'Skane Jew' ??, and that is nothing like how it is said.
The nearest thing I can come up with is Scottish for a pigeon on the piste!!!

EDIT: Wow, the responses come fast and furious (there were none when I started my post)
I suppose one could also say, "just like its spelled".
I've actually heard people pronouncing it "Es-gee-an dub-ha" though.
EDIT again: Actually, for the plural isnt it Sgian's Dubh, as dubh is the adjective "black" and sgian is the object "knife"?
Whats the gaelic rule when it comes to that?
