A bizarre case of how someone likes to make an exhibition of himself.
Not in the slightest bit amusing.
Idiots like him only give encouragement to nosey people who expect to be entitled to ask the what's under question.

It's obviously one of those hidden camera shows. The choice of attire is merely the means to the gag, making people slightly uncomfortable, which, to many people, is amusing.
