Riding a forest monster kilted
That got your attention didn't it
We were hiking the Tasmanian Highlands today, an area I've never done before when we came across this creative bit of chainsaw work.

the colour is a bit weird, camera setting I think.

And will the next pic be something interesting with a Tasmanian Devil?

Graham,
I could be mistaken but that surely does look like a one eyed, one horned, flying purple people eater, to me. I have wondered for many years where it had gotten to.
Be careful.

Compliments to the unknown chain saw artist. That is one monumental piece of work to be just out there in the woods

I know you were in Tasmania, but the motiff is much like what the indians in the U.S. northwest carve out as a salmon. It was much larger than I have ever seen them carve such a thing.

Nifty pic! Looks like there's room for 5 more riders!
Go, have fun, don't work at, make it fun! Kilt them, for they know not, what they wear. Where am I now?

Oh well, a lost opportunity...
