    Thumbs up Today's comments

    Arriving at work this morning, and getting on the elevator with a man and a woman. He was obviously looking me over . . . finally asks "is that a Stewart tartan?"

    "No, it's called Scottish National" (USAK, navy polo shirt, stone hose, black dress shoes and leathers)

    "Well, as a Douglas, I appreciate that" (as they were both getting off the elevator on the floor below mine), to which she replied, "and as a McGuire, I appreciate it too."

    Nice start to the day!

    ===========================================
    Down in the building's cafe, grabbing some lunch, I run into a lady whom I used to work with closely, but hadn't seen in quite some time -- probably before kilts . . .

    "What's with this?" she asks, gesturing toward the kilt.

    "It's Thursday!" I replied.

    "I need more data . . . "

    "Well, I started in Scottish Country Dance several years ago . . . got a kilt, and discovered how comfortable they are, and wear one several times a week."

    "Good for you!"

    ===========================================

    So far, today is looking pretty good for kilting!!
