Kilted at Soccer/Football Match
I pulled my hamstring last Friday so I was out for our match but I still wanted to come out and support my team. I decided to wear my 16 oz 8 yard Scots American, day sporran and my RSC Ready Hawick shirt. I got a few strange looks but most on the complex thought it was really sharp and I got a lot of great compliments.

I know the two people behind you are pointing at the child, but at first glance, it looked like they were laughing at you behind your back!!

It looks so good that it goes hand and hand with each other. As well as it should.

There was a bit in Thompson's book "So You Want to Wear the Kilt" that spoke about the glances, laughing, etc that people felt they experienced when out in a kilt. That picture helps validate his comment later on, that all the laughter, sideways glances, etc happen in life not because you are wearing a kilt.
Imagine how different that photo would have looked if the child was a bit further behind mrpharr and we couldn't see her. There would have been dozens of comments about how rude the people in the background were for pointing and laughing at a guy in a kilt.
