Yes I have but have not bought a Heritage of Scotland kilt from them as they are cheaper from Heritage of Scotland Bauhaus Boy and Carse of Gowrie are the same outfit trading under different names.
Their Melville hand made kilts are excellent value however. I have also bought quite a few other items from them such as flashes and kilt pins.
Heritage of Scotland is one of several marques owned by Gold Bros which has several shops in central Edinburgh. Their kilts are not made in Scotland, they bear the label "Designed in Scotland" which mean they probably come from the Indian subcontinent area. However for the price you cannot argue too much about the quality which is passable.
