    Don't leave home without it...

...while researching something else, i stumbled across this:

    http://www.dalvey.com/dalvey_outdoor.html

(once there, cursor over "flasks" and select "voyager expedition flask"...the url only takes you to the general catalog page)

...who but the Scots would come up with an indispensible object like this?

They should have put the compass on the inside because your not going to care where you're going while there's anything in it so until the flask is empty and when you're looking inside it to see where your scotch went you'll have the compass to point the way to the next pub... er....home

I wouldn't mind a compass that pointed to the nearest bottle of rum.

I don't drink myself, but found it a neat idea. What I found of more interest on that page however were the pocket cups, as my big bushy beard and I both hate water fountains. I wasn't going to pay that much however, so I found one cheaper elsewhere. Here's a link to the pocket cup I just ordered. I got the large, those of you who drink alcohol may want the small.

Why would we want a small one? Eat, Drink and be Merry, for tomorrow we gotta clean up the mess.
