I've had a few orders from them, granted it was only a few strap/buckle sets at a time. I've never had an issue, and they're always very polite on the phone, and prompt with the delivery.
I do sometimes wish they had an online order form, as their open hours are only slightly limiting, but at the same time I wouldn't have been able to speak with them if I'd gone that route.
That being said, I've never placed a large order with them.
