Any Crossfitters ?
That also participate in Highland Games?

I don't participate in Highland Games...yet, and I don't officially do Crossfit, but I occassionally do the Crossfit workout of the day.
I do train regularly, though.
I'd love to compete, but I'm not up to the level of the guys I see at the games.
I guess that's a non-answer! I shouldn't even be posting here!
Forgive my transgressions!

A good buddy of mine runs a Crossfit gym outside Boston in Natick mass.
He is also a Highland games competitor.

I've considered it, but out of sheer laziness it has not gotten beyond consideration. I really need to shake up my training and add more circuit and cardio work. I need to do more research on crossfit - I've only read a couple of articles - and see if I can really integrate crossfit into my training.

Oddly enough, I've said the same thing about myself on more than one occasion.
