I met my first kilted gentleman today (it was Furrycelt)

Ian (Furrycelt) and I met for lunch today. He is the first kilted person I have met, and the first forum member. We did not have long since we were both on lunch breaks from work. I asked lots of kilt question since I don't have one yet. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He brought a bunch of his kilts with him to show me the differences in them. Anyway it was a good lunch and nice to met a forum member. Although it does make it harder to wait for mine to get done!

Tom...maybe the three of us could meet up sometime. Ian and I are actually planning a get-together in the next couple of weeks.

Yes that would be great! Ian and I are going to try to get together once more before the June 9th thing and see if any of his kilts come anywhere near close enough to fitting me so I can wear it on June 9th.

Congrats on meeting your first kiltie!We are a awesome lot one your soon to be joining but be careful you get one Ive heard the minute it goes on your wanting more thinking about the next one kind of like a addiction.
