It was a Dutch band called "Luv" The song came out in 1978 called "Trojan Horse"
I am pretty sure this is the pipe band, the tartan looks the same

Wow!
Holy-Moly Batman that was a great video. The band was Beatrix Band it says so on the base drum. Pay attention, there will be a quiz.
