    I've always been of the opinion that pirates were vicious thugs, who should not in any way be romanticised or glorified... but... some of those flaps are cool.

    Those look alot like Turpin's Thorfinn sporrans. Since his flaps are detachable, you could get a pirate themed one made.

    The only one I would consider wearing is the one with the 3 horses and the knot-work. After condering it, I'd decide against it.
