New Kilt Pin
When I asked for comments on my kilt, everybody said I needed a kilt pin. So here is first attempt.

The large stone is a honey topaz and the small is a garnet the setting is sterling silver. The antler is genuine from a rack bought at a garage sale.
The back has 2 rare earth magnets to hold it on.

I love the way you coordinated the stone colors with the kilt stripes. Great-looking pin.

Very nice art. Both stones and the general hue of the antler compliment the tartan, which is a thing of beauty in itself. Well Done

I really like what you've done. I especially like the idea of using magnets.

That is a wonderful looking kilt pin, one that any self respecting kilt wearer would be proud to call their own. Congratulations on a job well done.

That is a sweet looking pin. I also have converted all of my kilt pins to rare earth magnets and they work really well.

That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

Well done! I like the rare earth magnet idea. A standard magnet just wouldn't cut it..

Very nice!! As others have said, the colors blend well with your tartan.
So did you buy the jems already set in silver or are you a jeweler and made the setting yourself?
