    Bowling Kilted

After the Highlander's Social last night, we went to the bowling alley to support the three teams that the Krewe of Shamrocks had in a tourament.

Left to right all members of the Krewe of Shamrocks, Diana, what's his name, Robbie who's birthday it was, jack and his wife.

The Presidet of the Krewe of Shamrocks Tim in action.

Myself, Daina and V.P. of Shamrocks Mark with the pink ladies from the Krewe of Grace O'Malley

Same as above with one more O'Malley.

Looks like a great time. It's a good thing that guy has his own bowling shoes. Those multi colored rental shoes would have clashed horribly with his tartan!

With great restraint I will avoid an obvious bowling joke here and merely say that all look great! John, that kilt must be your new Scottish national. I am envious. . . another to add to my wish list.

    DTrain,

Yes it is my new Scottish National from Frugal Corner, here's a better pic of it from when I wore it to Lodge last week...

Bowling is always a great time, and even better in a kilt.
That Scottish National looks nice.. I'll have to order a kilt in that tartan.

Good pics...ever since a short tour of duty as a pin boy around age ten I've not had much interest in bowling...but them pics and them ladies...hmmm....maybe...think I heard that they have automatic pin setter upper machines now....no more pin boys?

Kilted bowling...that certainly makes sense...nothing to give an unexpected pinch just when you're focused on releasing the bowling ball.
