Seattle Kilt Night

We had a very small, but enjoyable turn out last night for Retro-Red's Great Northwest Trek.

Don just emailed me this picture, and I wanted to get it up:

Don, Diane (Retro Red's lovely wife) Retro Red and myself.

We met at Fado, a local pub just a block north of the Utilikilt HQ. The food, drink and conversations were fantastic. It always fascinates me when I meet an Xmarker and find we have more in common than just kilts.

It was a pleasure meeting you three, and I hope we can have a bigger Seattle Night in the not-to-distant future!

Excellent pic! Glad you all had a good time. Sadly I couldn't be there due to a prior engagement. But, I'll be at the next one.. even if I have to cancel something

Actually, I got my hair cut just shortly before the trip & they trimmed at least 2 inches off! Before the haircut, my hair was pretty much covering my ears!

Yeah, my hair grows way faster than the average person. I attribute it to the "fertilizer effect" - you know, feed your head enough crap...

Thanks for posting the pic, Streetcar. My wife & I had a great visit with you & Don; the evening went by all too quickly. Thanks for making a couple of desert rats feel at home here in the Emerald City.
