Z Coils. Invented for joggers, turned out to have a huge market for folks with foot, heel, ankle, leg, hip, back pain. I love them because they take away my planter pain and reduce neuromas. The spring cushions the impact when walking or running.

I came to them when living with a lady who's scolieosis (?) wasn't treated as a child. She's a nurse on her feet all day. Docs where she worked wore them so when we were in the big city she tried them and loved them... and encouraged me to try them. They relieved my foot pain immediatly on one side and in a few weeks on another. I've seen them Rx'd for workman's comp.

G Man is another Z Coil fan I believe.

One of the BIG obstacles for me was wearing BOTH Z Coils and a kilt...amazing how many times when I'm kilted someone walks up and never mentions the kilt but wants to know all about the Z Coils.

I now own nine pair, including a workman's boot with an enclosed heel where the spring doesn't show.

Man, I'm going to have to check those out. Few things are worse than that plantar pain, otherwise known as heel spurs.

whats up with youre shoes?, the heel is weird

If noone has this kilt...I have a piece of this tartan in P-V and can go pleat up a couple versions and post pictures later today or tomorrow.
