Thanks Rocky!!
Man, there's just no beating good customer service once you find it. Plain and simple.
It's no secret I'm a fan of USA Kilts, I've said it many times and after every kilt I've purchased from them. I always hand out their cards when folks ask me where to get a kilt at a "decent" price. But, even more than their customer service, Rocky is just one hell of a good guy. Always friendly, even when the poor guy's sick as a dog and should be at home instead of answering the phones at the shop!
I called on Friday, because I'm a procrastinator and had not gotten around to securing an Argyll jacket for the Captain's Dinner on my upcoming Bahama Cruise (end of the month into December.) I had been kicking around the idea of hiring one from Kathy Lare (she does that for NM in-staters.) But, I decided I really needed to just buy one. I have holiday parties coming up this time of year and all that. Plus, every kilted man needs a nice evening jacket. So, I (after checking with the wife) called Rocky and ordered an Argyll jacket with 5 button waistcoat. He told me he'd get it in the outgoing mail the next day (Saturday) or Monday at the latest. Well no... he didn't do either. I came home today to find a box awaiting me. Well, I don't have anything else on order. The wife has a dress on order from Nordstrom (the price I had to pay to get my Argyll! LOL) but we had called and found it shipped today. No, it was a Priority USPS box from Phoenixville PA! I was completely dumbfounded. Looking at the ship date on the label, I see Rocky managed to get it out on Friday. Freaking SWEET! I was expecting to see it on Wednesday or Friday at the latest. Never in a million years did I think it'd be here today.
I also ordered a pair of lovet green hose (hey, needed 'em to wear with my Morrison red tank!) But, there was something else in there that made a thud when I poured it on the table... a stick of body glide and a "Merry Early Christmas" note! Wowzer. Thanks Rocky, you're awesome. Gotta love good people.
Yeah yeah.... where are the pictures. Well, I was taking some pictures in it tonight that just weren't working out. I need to do some outside in natural light. There will be a sweet picture soon enough. I assure you.

Crack me up! Body Glide....go figure...what a perk!
I wasted a year and a half on this board before I ordered up from Rocky thinking the praises were just too good...must be folks shilling for him.
Finally broke down and ordered a kilt from him and now I have SEVENTEEN of them with one more on order...
USA Kilts is one place you can't lose.
Was just out and about around town today in my Ramsay casual and a tough kid said a sincere "Nice Kilt" and a sweet little old lady at my home group AA meeting came over to me and said, "I just love it when you wear a kilt."
What I like most though is the teflon coating. I'm not real good at finding my pie hole and a lot of food ends up in my lap.
