Need help identifying tartan

Hi folks,
I have a tartan material that I need help identifying. I have looked thru "The Clan and Tartans of Scotland" by Robert Bain. I have also exhausted my database of tartan pictures.

Can anyone help in identifying this tartan:

I've searched every database I have access to and no match. It shares some common elements with the McNab tartans, but I think it is most likely a fashion tartan. Does it have a kilting selvedge?

Sorry Wally - I spent about an hour, looking. No match, that I could find.

The fact that our duty tartan experts haven't chimed in, looks bad.

Do you have any other info on the fabric?

All I know is it is 10-15 years old by JG Hook.
I has a selvage, but not your typical kilt selvage. All the ends are free and a thread sewn in to hold the material from unraveling.

is it actually tartan material in the raw form or is it like a plaid shirt?
It might just be a fashion tartan. Just wondering because I googled JG Hook to see if they had a tartan list to narrow things down a bit, only to discover that they're a clothing company. Maybe it's just a design they came up with?
So maybe Santa Claus is as good a name as any...

It is a heavy, worsted wool with a hard finish. Perfect for making a kilt with.
