    Overdue kilt pin review

Well I'm a little late getting this done. BUT I've sure enjoyed having it. In October O'Neille had posted pics of some of his sgian duhb kilt pins and we negotiated on one using the moose antler. I had told Kresent I'd get the review up in mid November but "things" kept getting in the way. Finally got the picture set up so here it is:

Not a great pic but as you can see, it goes great on the Livingston tartan and that is where it's been since it arrived. The weight of this pin is great, the design is great, the workmanship is great. Over all I'd rate this at 12 out of 10 points. Anyone getting one of his projects is going to be very satisfied with it. Now I just need to figure a way to get my lovely lady to agree to more O'Neille creations.

    Congratulations.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

Well, that's pretty neat. As usual, I'm in awe of Kresent's creations.

As a reminder, when photographing small objects close up with your digital cameras, don't forget to set your focus to "macro" or the little tulip icon that you commonly see. Be patient: most general-market cameras require a second or two to focus at this setting with the shutter button half-pressed.

    Regards,
    Rex.
