I've not worn one to an interview, as I have not needed to look for a job, I'm not sure that I would to be honest, however I do wear one everyday to work.

I voted no, mainly because I'm not a full time kilter.
Now, I would say that if one does wear the kilt full time, or even most of the time, you should wear the kilt, as it is your normal attire. Not to wear one in those circumstances seems a bit dishonest to me.
Also, you will be remembered more easily, so as long as you carry yourself well during the interview, it could be a good thing.

I own My own Company and I wear a kilt to clients houses and it is a great ice breaker.

I think I would look smarter in a kilt than in a suit and it would no doubt challenge the interview board!

I said no.
Frankly, it would introduce something other than the real reason for the meeting to wear a kilt in the current social atmosphere, and it's just not a good idea if getting a job is the main reason for showing up.
But then, if you wear a kilt all the time (I do not) and intend to do so no matter what, then it would be well to make that plain right up front.
On the other hand, if being kilted is one's primary concern, then by all means one should do so.

Couple of years ago wore a kilt to an interview for a board of directors position with a local DV agency. Was competative. I was chosen. I'm often kilted at board meetings and other agency functions since.
Have had the same job since I came to kilts but I've pretty much vowed to interview kilted should that change. Would at least bring up the issue when I make my decision to accept the job or not.

I voted no, because I don't foresee ever being at a point of going kilted fulltime and it might be a distraction from the interview process.

That's what I think also.

The problem with wearing a kilt in such a situation is that the whole interview would suddenly become about it, and you would not be able to show off to your best advantage. If you wear a kilt on a daily basis, it would probably be a good thing to mention it during the course of the interview, though.
