My saving for the event & the plans got shotdown. Wife's got expencive hobbies & A.D.D. --- no joke. I just wish she'd weave tartan & use the kilt hose machine. But she's lost intrest in both.

Take lots of pix when you go.

    The Gathering 2009

I will certainly be there with Clan Farquharson. We are expecting members from USA, Canada and hopefully Australia.

The coast of the Passport is ridiculous, but you need it to get into the Clan Parade and Clan Pageant seating.

Hopefully we will all be able to meet up.

I will be checking in with Clan Davidson, but have no official plans for anything yet. I'll have to contact them and see what's going on.

The cost is high, but I look at it as a once-in-a-lifetime experience and believe it will be worth it.

Dirk, I really wish you and the fair Deb could work out a way to get there. Just imagine how much trou..er..FUN we could have!!

Yes it's pretty pricey all right but a pretty unique experience also.
