    New kilt ordered

I have ordered a new kilt, its from D.C Dalgliesh of Hawick. It is a Dalgliesh tartan that was designed for his sons wedding, they have only made two kilts from this tartan, mine will be No 3.
I was in town today & Langholm pipe band were playing.

Also you will see from the photo I had an operation on my hand yesterday for Carpel tunnel syndrome--long overdue

Hope everything goes ok with your wrist. Colleague at work has had an op on hers but isn't finding full benefit yet.

    David,

Sorry to learn that the operation was necessary, and I hope your recovery is effective and swift.

Make sure you are well enough to bring Helen over to Dumfries for the Kilts Nicht on June 7th - Jim and I are overnighting at The Ferintosh that night on our way home from Th' Heilans, and it would be good to see you both again.

    Take care,
    Ham.
