Frank Shorter "in" a Kilt

As part of yesterdays [Sat 24 May] coverage of this years Bolder Boulder 10K the Rocky Mountain News ran a photo of Frank Shorter [running legend, Olympian] "in" a Kilt. A statue of him stands on the grounds of CU Boulder and apparently for its dedication in 2005 the pipe band for the festivities put a kilt on the statue and Frank [live] is performing a kilt check on Frank [statue].

I tried to find the photo in the online edition of the paper and could not.

This would solve Grants "problem," I am sure that there is a statue somewhere of such a famous person . He just needs to put the kilt on the statue and execute the requisite kilt check.
