Jonesin: A How To
How do you get through your jonesin? I don't mean a SWK order (where you just wait a few minutes as it warps through time in space into your mailbox)... I'm talking about the real thing. Somebody's got to sit down and get out the needle, thread, and whatever else kilt-makers get out.

Simple, you buy from Stillwater while waiting for your other order.

1: Order a box pleat from Matt Newsome.
2: Watch XMTS for postings as others get their kilt.
3: Tell yourself you are one nearer the top of the list after each posting.
4: In between, think about how good it's going to look when you get it!

You could always look for the right accessories for the new kilt, so that once it does show up you will look as good as you can.

Cousin McMurdo's got it.
ORDER MORE STUFF...accessories are good. More kilts are even better...that way something's always arriving every few days.
Doesn't remove the jones but it does reduce it a lot.
BUT - you gotta be really really careful. Like, if you order a clan crest kilt pin for a tartan kilt you have on order and the kilt pin arrives long before the kilt then you increase the jones every time you see the kilt pin sitting around waiting for its kilt.

Even better is to make some of the accessories whilst you wait.
