You may want to talk to member CDNSushi. I believe he purchased the exact outfit you are looking at.

What can I say I bought one.
I'm a 48 and it fit right out of the box!

for that price, there's no way it's of any sort of quality worth buying

In the interest of full disclosure, I should share that I had a really, really lousy experience with Mr. Geoffrey and won't ever do business with him or his company again. Sushi had the exact opposite experience. It's a crazy, kookoo nutty world.

Indeed. Results have obviously been mixed from this seller. I would certainly buy from Geoffrey again, and I believe Brooster was pretty happy too. Yet, Phogfan froths at the mouth at the mere mention of the name.
If I were you, I'd do a forum search using Geoffrey and Pakistan as keywords. Glean what you can and if you have any specific questions, feel free to PM me or any of the other members who have dealt with this company (for better or worse).
As far as individual experiences and review go, I also had a positive experience with Kiltmart when other members here have also been burned by them. I guess I'm a bit of a rebel who prefers to make up his own mind and learn things the hard way at times. But more often than not, my gambles have paid off.
IMO, I got what I paid for and felt like it was a very reasonable bargain.

Here's another fair deal
Here's another good deal that just came across;
http://www.sportkilt.com/departments...mal-kilt~1.cfm
$200 for a PC is not a bad deal at all. I wonder wear they get them.....could it be Pakistan? Hum..... inquiring minds want to know.
Price is not the only determinate of value, you can often pay more than you need. Regardless of price shoddy workmanship is no value. I have not (so far) found this to be the case of the things I have gotten from Pakistan.
Would I druther have a full hand sewn 16 0z Strome and matching PC from Scotland, yes I would, when I have the extra $1500 laying around. Till then I do what I need to to look good. ith:

I believe that is a good idea! I my self am a budget kiltie but the old adage you get what you pay for applies here! A good worsted kilt will run around 300-350 the same for a nice pc. A good package deal will run around 1200-1500 for every thing you need.
If you need a pc or an argyle you might try renting for the occasion until you can save for one of your own.
Well there is my 2 cents for what it is worth, hope this helps.
