ROKS rolling for March

Since we are out of February and into March I thought I would start a new gathering thread and encapsulate the items that have been proposed at the end of February.

1. St Patrick's Day Parade: 14 March, meeting c. 9:30 or 10:00 @ Celtic Tavern [downtown location] to watch Parade/ Ren Scotts [and taunt Nighthawk ]

2. Pub night: date and location TBD

3. NEW NEW Denver Brass Brass, Bagpipes & Co.. I went to this last year and it was a good show. The dates are 13, 14, & 20 @ 7:30 pm and 15 & 22 @ 2:30 with tickets ranging fro $22 -43. Is anybody interested in getting a group together?

4. Raise a glass in the comforts of your own hearth to St David, patron saint of Wales on 1 March

5. beyond March but already discussed4 April Colorado Tartan Day festivities with the actual "holiday" on the 6th.

6. beyond March the 1 May fundraiser at Isantops school

Thoughts, comments, additions, subtractions, corrections, modifications?

Well, Joyce and I will be downtown watching the parade. Here in the Springs, tho. Would be fun to join everyone up there but.. not this year. Have fun and keep us in your thoughts.
