    #3 sporran

Not a lot different from the first 2. I would like to find a good source or book on more elaborate braiding, any suggestions appreciated.

I think a two string edge braid would look good. I like your work, it's a nice bag.

check out the Tandy Leather Factory site and in the books section they have books on lacing that are quite affordable. I have used the leather factory for my Native American clothing, I dance in the powwows and they have quality materials.

Check the internet for possible books. Tandy/Leather Factory have several but check the prices at Amazon for less expensive ones.

    Good looking sporran!

Different braiding would really set this bag off, as would some tooling on the flap. Neither is necessary, it looks great the way it is!

The Boy Scouts' stores have an inexpensive manual on braiding, but it is mostly for such things a laces, fobs, and the like, not so much for the edging. Still, It looks great!
