North Texas Kilt Night (and Day)
The picnic runs all day and into the night. It's a great chance to get together and meet others.

Yes, they are asking that you bring a meat that you'd like BBQ'd and a side dish for about 3-4 people. They're trying to make it as close to a Ceilidh as you can get at a Texas BBQ with everyone asked to consider telling a story about your clan or family history, bringing a musical instrument if you have it, etc....

Now this is a great example of 21st century clansmanship...A MacNeil with a Campbell dog. Gotta love it. Do you keep one eye open when you fall asleep around him?
