I need a cure for the jones...........

    Rabble,

It has now been 7 weeks and a few days since I ordered my kilt from Scotland Yard and the jones at first was not to bad but about a week ago I answered a knock on the door and there stood jones with bag in hand.

So what do I do I find myself staring out the window looking for the delivery driver and dreaming what it will be like. In my head I run to meet him in the driveway (all in slow motion like in those talkies on the t.v..)

I am seriously(or not) thinking of taking up drinking lots and lots of my favorite beverage. (Water).

I am sorry what was I saying.......

Just kidding gang while the jones is comming on I know it wont be long now.

    Slainte,
    TKR

    ONLY seven weeks?
I waited with pleasure for over four months for a custom kilt... It was well worth it. The kilt is absolutely perfect. A totally hand sewn wool kilt from a great kiltmaker is well worth the wait. It is amazing how long the que is for the best of the best. And how wonderful it is to be in that waiting line.

I googled, I yahood, I check the dictionary, the encyclopedia, the astral charts, and the homeless guy down the street. There is no cure for jonesing. You can only avoid by not purchasing anything. And, I'm sure that's not an option for this of group of merry makers.

I thought you were channeling Inspector Clouseau.

The only cure for the jones is to order a pair of hose from me. It's documented in the literature.

Junkies who can't get their fix will often eat a lot of candy and drink sweet sodas to get a sugar high. Not the real thing, but it might help for a wee while.

    Chocolate works wonders!

You could try buying some Hose or a sporran while you jimmy.

If chocolate and kilt accessories don't work, Reverend, "pray continually."
