OK that's hitting below the belt Joan, that's your first KAL pattern! I don't think I bungled it so badly that you can't even recognize it. . . did I?
As for letting the ribbing run onto the foot -- the pattern stops the ribbing where I stopped it. But I suspect the rest of the foot should have been worked from the opposite side from where I worked it. Just wanted to Get This Pair Done and on to the next one, which will be better from top to bottom.
Bob my love, the Frankenstein Foot reference is to the "seam" around the ankle, no offense intended to your own perfectly proportioned pedial appendages.
Proudly Duncan [maternal], MacDonald and MacDaniel [paternal].

Sorry but you did not follow my pattern, that's why I don't or did not recognise the leg, although I did recognise the top that is why I asked, I don't do the purl stitch that wide, check my blog or Carol's kilt socks, big difference, you must have done the purl stitch instead of knit..... and the foot is right side.....

They look much better then many a knitters first attemt. I'd just consider letting the ribbing run unto the foot next time. It looks a bit erhhh unusual :-)
