    Pipers at the Coca-Cola 600

Four pipers got to play Amazing Grace at the opening ceremonies of the Coca-Cola 600. Saw them before they played hanging out with Carl Edwards. They were kilted, but in four different tartans.

I saw them also. I couldn't identify the tartans, but one looked like it might be a Fraser. Maybe it was just wishful thinking on my part.

There were also pipers at The Indy 500. I never saw them, but they could be heard playing in the background as Helio Castroineves was getting out of his car to climb the fence with his crew members.

The pipers at Indy were probably the Gordon pipers. I'd seen them earlier during one of the qualifing days and have it on good authority that they are there every year. When they were on screen, all were wearing Gordon modern kilts. Didn't see the ones at the Coke 600 they were probably on screen while I was watching my favorite team beat the Blackhawks.
