Going back to California......
Wasn't there a Led Zep song with that title? Well, its official. My wife's contract with her hospital is over here in Atlanta, so its back to good 'ole Sacramento and the Bay area scene of which I had fallen totally in-love with. Hopefully I can make my presence known to the Nor-Cal rabble soon enough!
I'm reaally excited and look forward to maybe having a store feont soon for S.H.O. (This move has no effect on the business at all for all of you with orders- Still biz. as usual)
I hope maybe to see any of you at our web site redux kilt night party coming up soon (as usual-we want to have the site 100% before we have it). I can say that it will be at a great place in Decatur, and captain f u r a t will be the guest of honor (wait till you see him!!!). I'll give 1 weeks notice on this event which will be some time in July!
So cheers to my hometown ATL, but I'm going to California with an aching in my heart.....

Welcome back (soon) to the Left Coast! At least your stay in GA kept you acclimated to the Sacto summer heat/humidity! Hope to be able to meet you at some future event -- maybe some of the NorCals will make it to Ventura again this year?

Best of luck in your new environs, Josh and do be sure and give us plenty of warning about the July party... I'm hoping to be able to work in a visit to my family in Atlanta to coincide with the date and would LOVE to see the Captain in his kit.

Swimming pools, movie stars, Jed move the hell outta there!
You can leave the South but the South will never leave you! Remember your hey y'alls when you get out there, and keep track of the funny looks.
The perfect time to leave, and to the Bay area! You'll be checking the weather back here and thinking "Thank GAWD"
Good luck on the move, and safe trip!

That's great! Honestly, I thought most people were leaving California due to the economy. Good to see you moving back.

We moved there in 2002 and really did not miss Atlanta, but you are right-People often commented on my Indian-American wife's southern accent (Its really something), as well as mine (which is no where near hers!). Sacramento is in some ways very much like Atlanta 20 years ago....So it feels familiar. But my God...You just can't beat heading down to Baker's beach under the Golden Gate on a warm summer's day watching the sun go down....I can't wait!!!
