No Jacket Conversion for Lady Chrystel

What happens when a certain Lady Chrystel wants her beloved husband to have an Argyle close to this one ?

Will she convert a simple grey woollen jacket and waist coat so that he can enjoy having it in a few hours ?

Nooooo… That would be to simple.

So I simply had to wait. And wait. She took some paper... her far out pistol shaped tailor's ruler…

…and she started to draw strange lines and cutting paper.

Finally , she was ready. En Garde !

More to come in a second !

    Best,

    Robert

So she began sewing and cutting…

The she kept adding strange multicoloured threads…

Now why exactly she went through all those steps will remain a complete mystery for most of us… including myself of course !

Hummmm… days passed. Lady Chrystel went on working, smiling patiently at my bewilderment.

    Best,

    Robert

Yet stranger bits ad pieces that required infinite time were added here and there…

Then something looked like sleeve lining.

Wow ! This is starting to look like something familiar…

Then one morning, she put her lovely sewing kit aside

    (thanks again Ern…)
