    Throw Down With Bobby Flay

Am watching an episode of "Throw Down with Bobby Flay" on the Food Network (evidently taped in 2008) titled "Mussels & Fries) in which the chef's assistant is kilted and was introduced as the kilted sou chef. You can clearly see the kilt in several shots. I'm not very good with tartan names, so will not venture a guess except to say that it was predominately red (perhapse Royal Stewart).

I saw that too, but I can't say I know the tartan either. It was great timing as I was discussing a kilt with "better half" at just the time it was on TV

The Food Network has a link to a "Mussels and Fries" episode recipe section, unfortunately no kilt.
