Prayers /Healing Thoughts For My Mother
I would like to ask for the rabble's prayers & healing thoughts for my mother.
She has for the past few years under gone one surgery after another on her foot, with varying results. Recently she had surgery to "fix" a toe she had not realized she had broken (due to her condition she has lost a lot of feeling in her foot). The doctor, as routine, ran tests during surgery for infection. As it turned out she also had a staph infection in this toe.
Long story short, she was on med's but it appears the infection has gotten worse.
Tomorrow (Monday 09/14) she will have a specialized (nuclear) test done on her foot, to determine if its still infected & if so, the extent of the infection.
If still infected she is facing, at the least: amputation of her toe, & at the worse: amputation of part of her foot.
Thanks in advance.

Be sure to give her our best wishes. Hope it all works out well.
I had a similar thing with a great uncle who got an infection in his big toe. Never er on the side of caution, if they recommend losing the toe lose it and keep your mum be brave.

I know it is so stressful for her and the family. All I can say is TRY to think positive and do healthy things for you and her both that lightens the stress. I wish you and your mother good results.
