    The Passing The Torch Kilt Night Update

    On October 23, 2009, the XMarks the Scot torch of leadership will be passed from Highlandtide to the Wizard of BC.

    The program is shaping up like this, anyone arriving early, please feel free to stop by the Freedom Kilts shop to say hi.

    At 5:00 PM, all are invited to my suite at the Royal Scot hotel for a drink and appies. The XMTS Hospitality Suite will be room #428.

    Steve is (I think) making arrangements to have a piper lead us to dinner abour 6:00PM.

    After dinner, the hospitality suite will be open for night caps.

    UPDATE

    We are now at 27 attendees! BruceBC, Skipper1 and Old Hippie are on board. There is a reservation pending for Oct. 23 at 6:30 PM. AND we will be PIPED over to the restaurant!!

    Unfortunately, Nautical Nellie's was not able to accomodate our group at the time we needed.

    Man, if I owned a tweed coat, I would be all over it. I do think that the clan colors should be represented though!
