My trip to Victoria

Hi All,

I had a lovely time visiting old friends and meeting new ones in Victoria this past weekend. Here are a few pictures from my trip

Afterwards we took pictures back in the lobby of the Hotel

Doesn't Steve look like he fits in there well?

I was having such a nice time chatting I didn't take any other pictures there

Way past my normal bedtime we headed back to the hotel to pick up the Wizard's car (he graciously offered to be the DD)

It was a cold night and...

At the Hotel there is a statue of a bear. Steve makes a kilt for it each year

More pictures tomorrow (including a kilted trip to Freedom Kilts and the Museum)

You can't fool us, Jamie. This isn't the Bengal Lounge, at all! This is an actual photo from the GREAT XMARKS HALL! Let me guess, you used a minature camera embedded in a cufflink, didn't you! That would account for the graininess of the photo!

A "technical" question... Are the more blue XMTS kilts wool or PV? Or is the color difference a mill thing? And yes, I want one next run (if that ever happens)...
