Seeing the thread on Highland Casual made me remember I'd never posted pictures of my Kilted Island Casual from last summer. It was a wedding, but there were plenty of folks in shorts and such. This shot is from the couple's online album.

It is very casual, Pic makes the "kilt" look like its pleated all the way around.
