Earthquake in Chile
Just read in the news about a big earthquake in Chile this morning. They said it was an 8.8! Hope our member Terialka weathered it ok. The damage sounds pretty wide spread. There are tsunami warnings for most of the Pacific.

That's a big earthquake! It would place it in the top 10 largest I think.

Hospitaller
Can you give me the street where your family live in Santiago, I'll see if my family can find any info. My grand parents live on Monte Olimpo which is in Las Condes. And my aunt and uncle live in Los Andes.

I just found out via the web that my friend Micheal, who was there on business, is taking a bus to Argentina where his client can fly him back to the US in his jet.
If you can't be good, be entertaining!!!

Aw shucks Nick, I'm sorry to hear your news.
I've heard from my mother and younger brother and they are ok, severe damage in their house and apartment, no news yet from my youngest brother though.
He was vacationing near Constitucion, one of the towns wiped by the tsunami. Still networking like crazy with anyone from the area.

I hope you hear from your brother.
I'm gonna see if I can start a donation at school or atleast participate in one. I'd really like to be there myself but 1. can't afford tickets 2. no flights available.
