Very nice. I'm a sucker for anything antler related!

So is my cat!
And here's something funny...

I ordered the blade this refers to one full year ago! They never sent it and I gave up trying to get it. I thought I would never see it! But now I have an invoice for another blade and a full rack to work with, and a festival this coming weekend. I was wondering what I was going to do as a demo at this fest. There are forces at work here...

Spoken like a true craftsman! I hate that feeling. My wife always gets on me about that sort of thing as well. And blast me if she isn't always right (but don't tell HER I said that, I'll never hear the end of it ).
FWIW- I think the piece is beautiful, and I'm glad it's recipient loved it. THAT is a feeling you can't buy.

Nighthawk, if you ever have trouble like that again, let me know. Atlanta Cutlery is about 3 miles from my house, and I can just swing by there, pick it up and ship it to you myself. Saves all the hassle of customer-no-service.

BTW, very unique piece you have there. Did you glue it, or are there pins?

I use epoxy. I'm a little lazy that way! Thanks for the offer. I actually am not at all happy with the sgian dubh blades. They're a lot smaller than I'm used to. I'm going to stick with Track Of The Wolf sgian dubh blades. On the other hand, I really like the dirk blades from Atlanta, so I may take you up on that offer. I'll most likely get the blades quicker for a better shipping price! They only ship UPS, when USPS Priority is cheaper and faster. (The bad customer service was actually from Track of the Wolf. Atlanta's customer service is great. Track = great blades and bad service, Atlanta = mediocre blades with great service. What is that Riverkilt says about getting any 2 of service, quality, and value, but seldom all three?)
