Daylight Pics of Arizona Tartan Kilt

So, out and about with MacMillan's Son today. Horseshoe Bend overlook, Upper Antelope Slot Canyon, and Wahweap Overlook. Got some pics of the new Kathy Lare hand sewn Arizona Tartan kilt. 16 ounce wool special weave by Dalgliesh. Less than three months from order, to special weave, to sewn up.

I really like how the brown tones match the red rocks around here.

MacMillan's Son is wearing his 13 ounce House of Edgar MacMillan Hunting Modern, also hand sewn by Kathy Lare.

A small waterhole on the desert left from last week's rain. Lots of critter tracks around the mud.

Horseshoe Bend Overlook of Glen Canyon.

    Navajo Mountain pleat shot.

I'm lovin' this kilt - its my new favorite....and boy, does it have a great swish!

Wow! The scenic shots (and I know those spots) really add to my appreciation of that tartan. That is one cool kilt...you're making me covet.

That is a fantastic tartan Ron. I think it "fits" with the great State of Arizona, and any Zonie should be proud of it.

I am surprised at how well the colors of the tartan match the colors of the rocks etc. Nice.

It's amazing how the tartan blends so well with the landscape, both of which are quite beautiful.

Taking the photos in the tartan's "natural setting" really shows off the appropriateness of the design. Capital idea!

Great photos, cousin. That is certainly a great looking and environmentally appropriate tartan.

Those z-coils still scare me, though.
