I just wanted to compliment Donnie on the outstanding belt and sporran hangers I got from him. They just came today and are top notch. Also, I would like to give praise on his customer service. Often we praise a company when everything goes right, but not on how they handle situations when things go wrong. My items. and another customer's order got mixed up. Within a couple of hours of letting Donnie know of the situation, he rectified it. He sent me a shipping label for the other customer and the other customer a shipping label for me. We each reshipped our orders, without any further errors. On top of this, Donnie insisted he would make this tiny error right. He more than made up for it by offering a generous discount on my next order. This was service above and beyond. It's one thing when Sears, Walmart, etc. give you a discount to make a situation right, but when and independent business owner does it it speaks volumes. Any small business counts on every penny they get. When a gentleman such as Donnie will step up and take a slight loss on a future order, to make the current situation right, it speaks volumes to the character of the man. I will be ordering in the future, and now consider him one of my primary people to purchase from. I recommend anyone in the market for leather items such as belts, sporrans, etc. should consider Wyvern for top quality products and exceptional customer service.
