    round brass buckle ?

Hi there, first post up on this great forum and I'm looking for some help.
I'm looking for a brass(or similar colour) buckle prefferably round with any design really but some thing celtic would be nice. I've seen a few but they're all for standard 1.5 inch belts, what I'm after is something to go on a proper kilt belt.

    Cheers

    Here ya go!
    http://giftshop.scottishtartans.org/tygerforge.htm

These are entirely hand forged, and best thing is that if you order right now (before Dec. 1) you can take advantage of a free shipping offer we are currently running.

We have a selection in stock if you want to call or email the gift shop to see what we have for immediate shipment, otherwise it will be made to order.

These will fit on either 2.25" or 2.5" kilt belts.

Rab, welcome to Xmarksthescot! I am glad that you found us, and I trust that you will enjoy your time here with us.

Let me ditto what Matt said.

You said that you are seeking a round brass buckle. Let me emphasize one thing that the Scottish Tartans Museum Gift Shop webpage that Matt cited says: the buckles can be made either all brass, brass on copper, pewter on brass or copper, or sterling silver on brass or copper. Other combinations can be made too, according to your desires.

Here is a picture of two Chi Rho designs. Both are brass on copper, 3.5 inches diameter:

Each buckle is handmade with hand tools, one-at-a-time.

Have fun on your search, and call Matt when you choose one!
