Fantastic band! I got to see them at the Burton Cummings Theatre in Winnipeg in 2009 and they put on a fantastic show!

Wow! What a show! When FM gets around to your towns, you're going to love it!

(The Swedish act (Moneybrother) that was 2nd opening was puzzling. With their sax player they had a New Jersey blue collar rock vibe but it would morph throughout the song into more of a 80's British 2-tone revival thing and back again. Think Bruce Springsteen and E-Street Skatalites?)

Just wanted to brag for a minute...

My wife won tickets to the Flogging Molly show in Colorado Springs May 4. A local radio station gave away tix, back stage passes, and admission to the sound check before the show. She won!

Also, I'm getting a new USA Kilts semi trad in the Irish Murphy tartan. I got an email from Rocky that it was shipped late last week. So, I should get my new kilt early next week and be able to wear it to the show Wed night, sweeeeet! My wife rocks!

Flogging Molly will be opening for Rise Against at several Canadian shows in September and October. While not the full FM experience, I haven't seen them tour much on this side of the border, so it might be your chance to go without a passport.
